Hi, I'm Lynleigh Rose.
And on my 36th birthday, my body crashed.
​
What followed was months of lying in bed with constant nausea, extreme fatigue, and brain fog. As a full time single mom of 3 very young kids, this was a big problem. I couldn't even read my kids a story, let alone do the constant work necessary to take care of their basic needs.
The scariest part was not knowing why my body wasn't functioning or how to get better.
I would wake up in the morning with panic in my heart because I couldn't get up to take care of my kids and there was no one around to help me.

I literally thought I was going to die.
​
But I made it through, with the help of holistic doctors, spiritual coaches, and lots of personal study and inner work.
The power to heal is within you.
And through that process, I developed a method of facilitating the healing process using proven ways to reduce stress, heal from past emotional trauma, and align with our True Selves.
I am on a mission to empower smart, sensitive, empathic souls to climb out of the nightmare of chronic disease, and into a life that supports you in being the best version of yourself, where you can unapologetically take up space, feel beautiful and connected to pleasure, and create a life that works for YOU.
